The work of the Association «StekloSouz» of Russia with educational institutions in pursuance of the decision of the congress of November 17-18, 2022

On December 15, 2022, in the city of Gus-Khrustalny, a meeting of the leaders of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia was held with a member of the StekloSoyuz, the directorate of GAPOU VO Gusev Glass College named after G.F. Chekhlov (GAPOU VO "GSK").

Osipov Viktor Ivanovich, President of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia, Korshunova Lyudmila Fedorovna, Head of the Scientific and Technical Center (STC SSR), Filchakov Yury Alekseevich, Director of the Gusevsky Glass College named after G.F. Chekhlov and other leaders.

The meeting was held as part of the decision of the congress of the Association "StekloSouz" on November 17-18, 2022. As is known, this forum was attended by more than 150 delegates, who, as a result of a detailed discussion of planned issues, made a number of necessary decisions for the successful development of the glass industry. Including the participation of "StekloSouz" of Russia in the preparation of training programs, the creation of the necessary conditions for the distribution of young specialists to glass enterprises, the provision of practical training at the enterprises of the industry in agreement with the factories.

At the same time, create the required programs for special vocational education (SVE) and additional vocational education (CVE) on the basis of educational institutions. A joint decision was made to implement the tasks set.

Training and production opportunities for the implementation of SPO and APE were examined. It is accepted that on the basis of GAPOU VO "GSK" it is advisable to solve the curricula set by the time.

Viktor Osipov expressed his gratitude to Yuri Alekseevich Filchakov, director of GAPOU VO "GSK" and the teaching staff for organizing in a short period of time the necessary conditions for improving the retraining of personnel of enterprises.

Within the framework of this event, a lecture was provided for senior students of GAPOU VO "GSK" on the topic: "Strategy for the development of the glass industry in Russia until 2025."

Viktor Osipov spent 1 hour and 30 minutes telling students about the priorities and expected results in the strategic plans of the glass industry until 2025. Answered students' questions.

In the near future, student competitions will be organized on the basis of GAPOU VO "GSK" on the most interesting and problematic issues, ensuring the possible harmonious development of enterprises in the industry.

Students from all universities and colleges of the glass industry in Russia will be invited to participate in the competitions.
