Preparation of an opinion on the assessment of regulatory impact on draft regulatory legal acts

The StekloSouz Association of Russia, within the framework of public consultations with representatives of the business community in order to prepare an opinion on the assessment of regulatory impact on draft regulatory legal acts carried out by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the Internal Regulations of the RF CCI received a draft federal law amendments to the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" and to the Federal Law "On the Procedure for Making Foreign Investments in Business Companies of Strategic Importance for Ensuring the Defense of the Country and State Security" in terms of improving state control over transactions carried out in relation to international companies "(hereinafter -project), developed by the FAS Russia.
