JSC Glanit, the only creditor of the Novocherkassk glass factory Aktis, affiliated with the Leningrad firm Pikalevskaya Soda, will buy the enterprise for 900 million rubles. The relevant information is published in the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information.
As stated in the message, "Glanit" took advantage of the right to retain the subject of the pledge, namely the buildings, structures, equipment of the plant, its land plots and specialized equipment. Previously, the company rented the plant's facilities and planned to conclude a contract for hot repair of the furnace, which would allow the production to continue.
At the same time, several tenders for the sale of the plant's property were declared invalid. According to the newspaper "Gorod N", the initial cost of "Aktis" at the auction was for 3.9 billion rubles.
Let us remind you that the plant for the production of glass containers "Aktis" was founded in 2013 by the entrepreneur Vladimir Baziyan. Due to financial difficulties, bankruptcy proceedings were introduced against the company. From the beginning of the insolvency proceedings, Alex Trade began to lease the plant's facilities. In addition to her, the Don firm "Rost-Impex" also fought for the plant.
However, in December last year, Glanit bought out the main debt of the enterprise from the Czech Export Bank (2.25 billion rubles) and LLC RNGO (3.2 billion rubles).
