Minister Yakushev called the biggest mistake in the construction industry today

Answering the questions of the participants of the plenary session of the VI International Forum and the exhibition of high-rise and unique construction “100+ FORUM RUSSIA” on the topic “City of the Future”, Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of the Russian Federation Vladimir Yakushev said that the industry’s biggest mistake was the Urban Planning Code in its current form, how a lot of amendments have been made to it in recent years, which the legislator is forced to adopt on the basis of the current situation, and of course it’s better to rewrite it again, but it’s not possible at once and it’s to live and work.

The plenary session was held with the participation of industry experts who, as speakers, discussed what the City of the Future really is. The discussion was summed up by a special program that analyzed the texts of all the speakers on this topic and identified the most common words of their speeches. They turned out to be COMFORT, ECOLOGY and ECOLOGY, MODERN TECHNOLOGIES, AIR TRANSPORT, etc. Thus, experts determined that the city of the future is primarily a comfortable environment and ecology and modern technologies.

During the plenary session, Minister Vladimir Yakushev and President of the NOSTROI Association Anton Glushakov signed cooperation agreements with the region’s governor Yevgeny Kuvayshev.
