Large-scale modernization has been completed at the Dmitrov Glass Factory

The Dmitrov Glass Factory has doubled its production capacity. Now the company has five production lines.

“Our company was founded 20 years ago on the territory of a wood concrete structures plant. Gradually, mastering new types of glass packaging, expanding the range of products, we were able to establish ourselves as a reliable supplier of glass products and increase the number of employees and our production,” said Elena Eliseeva, production director of the enterprise.

It is noteworthy that this plant specializes in the production of colorless glass packaging intended for food, alcoholic beverages and cognac products. The main production facilities are located in a single complex with an area of more than 10 thousand square meters. The plant is equipped with two glass furnaces with a capacity of 210 and 220 tons of glass per day.

“The glass products market is very competitive; there are more than 40 such factories in Russia. We manage to compete successfully thanks to the support of the authorities of the Moscow region, who always support our development plans,” added Eliseeva.

The Stellar Glass company has mastered various methods for producing glass packaging to suit the needs of various customers. And since the spring of this year, the plant’s staff has been producing up to 800 thousand units of products per day, more than 200 types.
