A set of methodological materials aimed at ensuring that organizations comply with the obligation to take measures to prevent corruption

In accordance with the Regulations on the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation No. 610 dated June 19, 2012, the Ministry of Labor of Russia is a federal executive body that carries out the functions of developing, organizing the implementation and consulting and methodological support of measures aimed at preventing corruption in organizations, monitoring the implementation of these measures.

As part of the provision of methodological assistance in the implementation of the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on combating corruption, the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia informs that a set of methodological materials has been prepared, containing:

- "Recommendations on the procedure for assessing corruption risks in an organization";

- “Measures to prevent corruption in organizations”;

- memo “Securing the responsibilities of the organization's employees related to the prevention of corruption, responsibility and incentives;

- booklet "Principles of Preventing Corruption in Organizations".

This set of methodological materials is aimed at ensuring that organizations comply with the obligation to take measures to prevent corruption in accordance with the provisions of Article 13³ of the Federal Law of December 25, 2008 No. 273-FZ "On Combating Corruption" and is available for review and download at the link:

In order to develop approaches aimed at raising awareness of business entities about the obligation to take measures to prevent corruption, as well as to identify problems arising in law enforcement practice when introducing these measures, the state of anti-corruption work in organizations is monitored.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that proposals are currently being prepared for inclusion in the draft national anti-corruption plan for 2021-2023.
