Leningrad region exporting companies are included in the support program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade

Seven exporting companies will receive support from the Ministry of Industry and Trade in enhancing industrial competitiveness in the national project International Cooperation and Export. As a result of the program, the total increase in export earnings of enterprises will amount to over $ 80 million, Dmitry Yalov, deputy chairman of the regional government, told TASS on Wednesday.

In September 2019, the regional authorities sent a list of 13 exporting companies to the ministry to participate in the program.

“Today, seven agreements have been concluded between enterprises and the Ministry of Industry and Trade with an estimated amount of attracted funds for the implementation of projects in the amount of 15.7 billion rubles. The increase in the volume of export revenue as a result of the implementation of the program by 2024 will exceed $ 80 million, while the volume of export revenue in 2024 will be $ 136.9 million, "he said.

The list of participants in the competitiveness program included: Polyplast North-West LLC, NPO Nord invest LLC, ARTEKS LLC, Syassky PPM JSC, Rusjam Steklotara Holding LLC (announced two investment financing projects), LLC Interfom-SPb ", LLC" Foresia interior Luga ".

The largest investment in the amount of 11.8 billion rubles is planned to attract Rusjam Steklotara Holding as part of an investment program to expand production by installing new processing equipment, increasing storage space, introducing new products to the market and increasing sales in export markets. The Syassky Pulp and Paper Mill enterprise plans to attract 2 billion rubles to expand production through the purchase of a modern paper machine for the manufacture of sanitary and hygiene products.
