Information on filing applications for the conclusion of special investment contracts

Dear Colleagues!

The StekloSouz of Russia received information that the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has begun accepting applications for the selection of modern technologies for concluding special investment contracts (SPIK 2.0).

Applications will be accepted from May 25 to June 5, 2020 inclusively through the State Industry Information System, and will be submitted to expert organizations for consideration.

Within the framework of the updated model of special investment contracts (SPIC 2.0), their conclusion will be carried out on the basis of a list of modern technologies approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.

The rules for its formation and the application form are regulated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 21, 2020 No. 319 “On approval of the rules for the formation and updating of the list of types of technologies recognized by modern technologies in order to conclude special investment contracts”. The list will contain a description of modern technologies, as a result of the development and implementation of which it is planned to master the serial production of competitive industrial products.

We are talking about projects in the manufacturing sectors, except for tobacco products and alcohol products, mining (processing of minerals, except oil and gas) and in part products related to electricity, gas and steam.
