As previously reported, the industry TC 074 prepared several GOST standards for glass containers, which were sent to the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology (Rosstandart) for consideration on October 15, 2020.

We would like to inform you, dear colleagues:

The Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology (Rosstandart) has considered the appeal of the "StekloSouz" Association dated October 15, 2020 No. SS-2268 and informs within the established competence.

The National Standardization Program for 2021, approved by Rosstandart order No. 1775 dated October 27, 2020, provides for work on the development / revision of the following interstate standards within the framework of the technical committee for standardization No. 074 "Glass containers and dishes" (TC 074) at the expense of the federal budget:

GOST “Glass packaging for milk and milk-containing food products. General technical conditions ";

GOST “Glass packaging. Food cans for the fishing industry. General technical conditions ";

GOST “Glass packaging. Neck whisk for vacuum sealing. Type 110 - standard. "
