Another industrial park will appear in Kamchatka in 2024

Another industrial park will appear in Kamchatka in the summer of 2024; construction industry enterprises will operate on its territory.

Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Kamchatka Territory Yulia Morozova noted that the industrial park will be located on the territory of a former house-building plant, whose team built up more than 75% of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

“Today there are anchor residents in this park - this is Kamchatka Reinforcement Plant LLC, which is engaged in processing scrap ferrous metals and manufacturing metal building structures from it, there are residents here who have already been working for several years, such as, for example, a workshop for the production of profiles and there are potential participants who plan to enter, such as Kamchatcement LLC,” emphasized Yulia Morozova.

According to her, residents of the industrial park will produce building materials: metal structures, concrete, gypsum, steel profiles, sheet glass, steel pipes, fittings. Technological production will help solve the problem of import substitution for the construction industry of the Kamchatka Territory

The territory of the industrial park is located in an industrial zone in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (in the area of 11 km. Project investments will amount to about 260 million rubles and will be aimed at modernizing municipal infrastructure.

It should be noted that on the territory of the Kamchatka Territory in the Elizovsky municipal district there is the first industrial park “Nagorny”, the residents of which are the companies “Agrotek”, “Elizovsky Meat Processing Plant”, “Kamador”, “Kamchatgazblok” and “Gora”.
