Association «StekloSouz» of Russia. Unscheduled meeting of the presidium

On December 8, 2020, an unscheduled meeting of the Presidium of the "StekloSouz" Association of Russia took place. The issues of preparation of proposals in accordance with the work plan for the development of import substitution of technical glass products were considered.

The plant managers were instructed to develop information and analytical information on these issues. The material with the conclusion will be sent to the Government of Russia.

The prepared opinion on the projects of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation of extended producer responsibility has been approved and will be sent to the relevant ministries and supervisory authorities. The document provides an economic justification for the ineffectiveness of the proposals of the Ministry of Natural Resources.

A work plan for monitoring the situation in the soda market and priority measures on this topic were approved. A working group (hereinafter referred to as WG) was approved, consisting of the heads of departments responsible for this work. The WG included the directors of departments: A.E. Gorin, P.A. Gorshkov, V.N. Shubin, N.P. Talakuev. The control over the work of the WG is entrusted to Viktor Osipov, President of the StekloSoyuz Association of Russia.

It was decided to prepare a certificate for the Government of the Russian Federation on the implementation of the Government Decree No. 616.

The work on preparation of the production of synthetic materials and optical systems was approved.

The organization of videoconferencing was agreed by the "StekloSouz" Association of Russia jointly with the Italian association. Topic of the course: "Production of modern medical glass products for the pharmaceutical industry."

The next meeting on the situation at the Tomsk Electric Lamp Plant will be held in the fourth decade of December 2020.
