StekloSoyuz Association of Russia. Meeting on Creating an Industry Standard for Glass Production Management

In May 2026, a scheduled meeting on the topic of "Creating an Industry Standard for Glass Production Management" was held at the Association StekloSouz of Russia (SSR).

The meeting was attended by heads of relevant committees and departments of the SSR.

The meeting was chaired by Viktor Ivanovich Osipov, President of the StekloSouz Association of Russia.

Opening the meeting, Viktor Ivanovich noted that the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia, together with partners in the fields of digitalization of production and analytics, is working to develop a new industry standard for glass production management.

The proposed solution is already a finished industrial product: the architecture, functionality, and integration mechanisms have been tested. This approach is a key advantage of the initiative. It avoids multimillion-dollar investments in lengthy refinements tailored to a specific plant.

This work is currently underway at Kamyshin Glassworks JSC and is being completed at Sibirskoye Steklo LLC.

Following the meeting, decisions were made.

To monitor the implementation of the decisions made and discuss interim results, the next meeting is scheduled for the first ten days of July 2026.
