«Tomsk Lighting Plant» filed an application for self-bankruptcy amid litigation with the Federal Tax Service

Tomsk. October 14. INTERFAX - Tomsk Lighting Plant LLC has filed an application for self-bankruptcy, it follows from the filing of arbitration cases.

The application was received by the Tomsk Region Arbitration Court on October 14.

Vladislav Golubev, the director of the enterprise, president of the LEADLight group of companies, explained to Interfax that the application was filed because of arrears in tax payments in the amount of 4.23 million rubles.

“We intend to pay off these payments, which we notified the tax office, but I, as a director, received a warning from it, followed by a fine. In this case, the filing of an application is dictated by legislative practice, ”Golubev said.

He noted that the company expects to reach an amicable agreement with the Federal Tax Service for the Tomsk Region during the trial. “This is our step forward,” added the head of the company.

At the same time, according to the regional Department of the Federal Tax Service, another enterprise of the Group of Companies - LLC Rusled - has a larger debt on taxes and insurance premiums - 68.8 million rubles. Golubev explained that this debt is currently being appealed by the company in court, but in the future, Rusled may also face bankruptcy.

“In relation to Ruleda, the tax authorities carried out two audits, within the framework of which we received additional 11 million rubles for one, and 68 million rubles for the other. The second amount includes fines that are simply disproportionate - 40% of the identified forfeit, to the maximum. This is reckless in relation to an enterprise that produces the necessary import-substituting products for the country, ”Golubev added.

Tomsk Lighting Plant, along with Modern Light Sources (engineering), Rusled (innovative and design activities) and several trading houses in the Russian Federation, is part of the LEADLight Group of Companies. The total capacity of 14 lines is more than 6 million lamps per month. The group manufactures incandescent lamps for general use and local lighting, decorative incandescent lamps and heat emitters. In November 2019, the enterprise launched a robotic line for the production of LED lamps with a capacity of 6.5 million pieces per year for 350 million rubles.

The Tomsk Electric Lamp Plant previously occupied an entire block in the center of Tomsk and another 4 hectares of land in the southern part of the city. Then most of the space was purchased at an auction by the structure of "Eurocement", a smaller part (8.7 thousand square meters out of 37.2 thousand square meters) remained with CJSC "Light of the XXI century. Tomsk Lighting Plant ”, where the renewed company launched production. Then the "Light of the XXI century" was transformed into LEADLight. The beneficiary of the group is Vladislav Golubev.
