Old traditions - new solution

This is about the Natalinsky glass plant, which used to be a glass insulation plant, and is now a glass insulation plant. These are the realities: it doesn’t matter why you fall, what matters is how you get up.

The glass factory in the village of Natalinsk, Krasnoufimsky district, Sverdlovsk region, like all industries of this profile, had two options: bankruptcy or change of course. The Natalya plant has chosen a course for development.

Today, the plant produces glass insulators, which are in great demand all over the world. The enterprise became part of the federal holding FORENERGO, we now have a new plant, a new territory of presence and a new area of responsibility.

The work ahead is enormous - from the construction of an additional furnace and the reconstruction of buildings, some of which were erected in the pre-revolutionary period, to the development of social incentive programs for employees and improving the infrastructure of the Natalinsky village.

It has its own production specifics and a completely different, non-YUMEK line. Each installer tries to use his skills and ingenuity to increase productivity and increase the “removal” of insulators. The turnover is minimal and, what is especially pleasing, there are quite a few young employees at the plant. I understand them - I don’t want to leave such beautiful places. I want to live and work with dignity in my native land.

The Natalya Glass Insulation Plant has clear development plans, and we are confidently moving towards their implementation. A second furnace for glass is being built, special clothing is being purchased, the factory canteen has already opened with breathtakingly delicious baked goods (we tried it, we know), and while the workers are honing their production, we are starting to develop a social support program for our employees and are preparing proposals for the development of the infrastructure of Natalinsk.

We are not used to delaying - already this year the residents of the village will see the real work of the old new plant.
