Eco-industrial park of Novosibirsk is included in the register of industrial parks in Russia

Residents of parks included in the register may qualify for federal and regional benefits.

The eco-industrial park in the Novosibirsk region and its management company Ecotsfira LLC have been accredited by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. As a result, the park was included in the register of industrial parks in the country. This was reported by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Novosibirsk Region.

Let us remind you that an eco-industrial park is being created on the territory of the Verkh-Tulinsky village council of the Novosibirsk region as part of the federal project “Circular Economy”. The project with an investment volume of 1 billion rubles was approved by the investment council in August 2022. Investments for the implementation of the project were provided by PJSC Russian Environmental Operator (PPK REO)

On the territory of the park it is planned to locate production facilities that process raw materials collected during the sorting of solid municipal and construction waste. As previously reported in response to a request from Infopro54 in the press service of PPK "REO", today the residents of the eco-industrial park include three companies: Siberian Glass LLC, Soyuz NSK LLC and SibBioGas Group LLC.

― These residents plan to create in the park production facilities for processing glass into commercial cullet, recycling construction waste with the production of secondary building materials, as well as the production of organic fertilizers and animal feed. Currently, residents are carrying out pre-design work,” explained the REO PPK.

The eco-industrial park will also include a scientific and technical center with offices and an exhibition hall.

The project will be managed by the Regional Environmental Operator. It was noted that PPK REO can provide funds to cover up to 90% of the costs of residents of the eco-technopark for the creation of facilities. The company must return this money within 12 years. PPK REO was ready to provide support measures to 5 residents.

The commissioning of an eco-industrial park in the Novosibirsk region is planned for November 2024.
